How It Works


1) Book

  • Staff/Customer completes reservation and a Self-assessment

  • System verifies available spots based on pre-defined social distancing rules and confirms reservation

  • A reminder is sent of upcoming reservation 

2) Check-in

  • Upon arrival staff can select a zone or be automatically assigned one based on capacity maintaining social distancing rules.

  • Walk-ins can also be accommodated

  • Real-time reports and dashboard that provide visibility to staff checked-in by zone.

  • Historical data to manage contact tracing.
