By purchasing this license, you (i) acknowledge that you have read the User Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it.
You confirm that the use of Smartsheet shall be for educational purposes only and that you are an active student with your Educational Institution.
Execute Strategy Inc. is the plan Administrator for your account, you give consent to Execute Strategy Inc. to revoke your license if it is observed that you are in violation of the User Agreement.
No full or partial refunds will be provided.
